What we collect

When you place an order or submit a brief, we collect the information you provide: contact details, event details, recipient information, the story you share, files you upload, and your consent confirmations.

Why we collect it

We use this information for one purpose: creating your custom song and delivering it to you. We may also send you operational emails related to your order — confirmations, delivery, revisions and status updates.

Files you upload

Photos, videos, voice notes and documents you upload are stored in our private storage (Supabase) and are accessible only to the Yousic team. We do not share them with third parties.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details. Stripe processes payments according to its own privacy policy.

Email

Transactional emails are sent through Resend.

Storage

Order data and uploads are stored in Supabase. We retain data for as long as needed to deliver and support your order.

Your rights

You can request access, correction or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Marketing

We will only feature your song or story in our marketing with your explicit permission.
