About Yousic

Yousic creates personalized custom songs from the stories, memories and creative direction submitted by customers. The service combines AI-assisted music tools with human storytelling, lyric writing, editing, selection and quality control.

AI-assisted creation

Songs are produced using AI-assisted music tools combined with human creative direction. Yousic does not impersonate real artists or create songs that clone existing artists' voices.

Customer responsibility

By placing an order you confirm that you have permission from the relevant people to share names, photos, videos and personal details for the purpose of creating a custom song. You are responsible for ensuring submitted content does not contain illegal, hateful, harassing or revenge material.

Permitted use

Personal and event use is included with all packages — playing the song at private events, sharing it with friends and family, posting it on personal social media. For commercial, broadcast or advertising use, please request a Signature quote so we can issue appropriate licensing.

Revisions

Each package includes a number of revisions for small corrections — for example, fixing a name, changing a line or adjusting tone. A completely new song direction may require an extra version, which can be purchased as an add-on.

Refunds

Songs are made-to-order. Once production has started, refunds are limited. If we cannot fulfill an order we may issue a refund. If you are unhappy with the result, the included revisions apply according to your selected package.

Rush delivery

Rush delivery times begin once the brief is accepted and any required information has been provided. Rush windows do not include delays caused by missing or unclear customer-supplied information.

Marketing use

We will only use your story, song or any submitted media in our marketing with your explicit permission.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yousic is not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order.
